Abstract: PURPOSE: A friction trolley lifting system and a control method there of are provided to minimize an element of non- working of a line by a communication trouble by applying an independent control method to each trolley. CONSTITUTION: A friction truck lifting system comprises a trolley(5) moving a chassis to a working section of each process from a conveyer system(1); a lift unit lifting the chassis according to height by controlling a driving motor(7) by a control signal; and a trolley control unit controlling the lift unit by the location. The lift unit has a lower rail frame(9), an upper rail frame(13), a lifter(19) and the driving motor. The trolley control unit is composed of a trolley controller(27), an encoder(29), a first limit switch(31), a process bracket(35), and a second limit switch. Applying an independent control method to each trolley minimizes an element of non-working, and reduces a time required by the friction truck lifting system.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A trolley conveyor in a chassis line floor is provided to prevent accidents as fall of an overhead structure by working for the lower part of a vehicle on a floor member with installing a supporting member in the floor member and a securing part in the supporting member. CONSTITUTION: A trolley conveyor(100) is composed of a floor member(10) moved along a rail(15) installed in a floor(13); a supporting member(20) combined with the upper part of the floor member; and a securing part(30) combined with the supporting member, and arranged in parallel with the floor. A vehicle(31) is placed on the securing part of the conveyor. A worker(11) checks the lower part of the vehicle with standing on the floor member. Working efficiency is improved with working on the floor member, and an accident as fall of an overhead structure is prevented.
