Abstract: PURPOSE: A steering handle is provided to reduce the burden applied to the wrist by enabling the steering handle to be naturally rotated according to the operation direction. CONSTITUTION: A steering handle comprises two fixed rims(5a) and two rotating rims(5b). The two fixed rims rotate in a circumferential direction and face each other. The two rotating rims are disposed between the two fixed rims, respectively. The two rotating rims rotate in the circumferential direction and in the direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction. The two rotating rims and the two fixed rims are formed in an arc shape to form a circle.
