CONSTITUTION: An expansion valve of an air conditioner system for a vehicle comprises an evaporator inflow hole(54) and a baffle plate(70). The evaporator inflow hole is composed of an inside chamber(54a) and an outside chamber(54b). The inside chamber is connected to a valve room(52) by the medium of an orifice(55). The outside chamber is connected to the inside chamber. The diameter of the outside chamber is bigger than the diameter of the inside chamber.

CONSTITUTION: An engine room under cover integrated with a bracket is installed in an engine room in which a sub frame for supporting an engine is vertically arranged. The both sides of the undercover are bent and formed and forms a side part. Bar-shaped side brackets(30a,30b) are pushed to and mounted in the bordered edge of the side part. One side of the side bracket is fixed to the side in which the sub frame is mounted. The other side of the side bracket is fixed to the opposite side of the sub frame.

When the air-conditioner is on, a driving speed, the outdoor temperature, and the RPM(Revolution Per Minute) of the driving vehicle are sensed(S20). Whether the vehicle is in an idle state or not is confirmed(S30). Whether the vehicle is an electric mode or not is confirmed when the vehicle is in the idle state(S40). A limitation of the rotation number of an electric compressor depending on a blower stage of the air-conditioner in the idle state and electric mode is calculated(S50,S70,S80). The rotation numbers of the electric compressor is controlled less than the calculated limitation of the rotation number of the electric compressor(S60).
