Abstract: PURPOSE: A jig apparatus for mounting a battery system is provided to improve the workability in a line and to improve the mass producibility and to rapidly and safely mount a battery system on a rear trunk of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A jig apparatus for mounting a battery system is composed of a jig wall(11), at least two jig legs(13), a jig knob(14), and a clamping device(15). The jig wall supports the rear side while contacting with the rear side of a battery system. The jig legs are extended from the lower end of the jig wall to the front side. The jig legs are inserted in the lower side of a battery tray in which the battery system is mounted and supports the battery system and the battery tray. The jig knob is extended from the rear side of the jig wall and is controllable by hands of a worker in towing. The clamping device prevents the falling of the battery system in moving by hanging a tray knob of the battery tray.

Abstract: A soapy water application device is provided not only to reduce wasted soapy water quantity by appropriately controlling flux of the soapy water but also to restrain environmental pollution by the soapy water. A soapy water application device comprises a tank(10), an object sensor(20), an object rotation unit(30), a controller(40), a soapy water application unit(50), a supply pipe(60), a flux control unit(70), and a pump(80). The tank stores soapy water therein. The object sensor detects an object(M) entering into a soapy water application position. The controller controls driving of the object rotation unit by receiving a signal from the object sensor. The soapy water application unit applies soapy water to a desired part of the object at the application position. The flux control unit controls flux of the soapy water being supplied to the soapy water application unit, under the control of the controller. The pump mounted in the middle of the supply pipe is driven by control of the controller.
