Abstract: PURPOSE: A double folding apparatus of a seat for a vehicle is provided to prevent passenger from injury due to a folded seat cushion at a prior position where the seat moves to rearmost by enabling the seat to be double-folded if the seat is in the rearmost position. CONSTITUTION: The double folding apparatus of a seat for vehicles comprises: a link bracket(120) which selectively transfers the torque of a recliner bracket to a latch cam; a fixed bracket(110) which is fixed and installed in a seat back frame and elastically supports the link bracket; a stopper(140) which is fixed and installed in a lag assembly; a hinge pin(130) which is rotatably installed in a cushion frame; and an operating wire(150) which is rotated by the stopper when the cushion frame moves to the back and is connected between the hinge piece and the link bracket.
