    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for assembling a front floor for vehicles is provided to prevent the inflow of engine noise and water into a vehicle through a through-hole by removing the through-hole of a welding gun on a dash panel. CONSTITUTION: A method for assembling a front floor for vehicles comprises the following steps: laterally arranging and fixing a dash outer cross member(13) to an apron-member assembly(20); welding a dash cross member to the dash outer cross member; welding the dash outer cross member and dash cross member to the dash panel(11) of a dash panel assembly(12); integrating the apron-member assembly and dash panel assembly; separately fixing the dash outer cross member to the left and right apron-member assembly; and welding the dash cross member for connecting the dash outer cross members.
