    Abstract: PURPOSE: A wiper controlling apparatus is provided to prevent waiting time from being generated when an intermittent wiping mode switch is consecutively switched on and off by discharging a capacitor when a wiper switch is in a stationary mode. CONSTITUTION: A wiper controlling apparatus comprises a wiper motor(4), a wiper switch(7), a speed changing relay switch(9), an automatic static switch(5), and a window washer liquid spraying pump motor. The wiper switch selects one among a high speed wiping mode, a low speed wiping mode, a stationary mode, and an intermittence wiping mode. When the wiper switch selects the intermittence wiping mode, the speed changing relay switch intermittently runs the wiper motor through the high terminal. The speed changing relay switch includes a capacitor. When the wiper switch changes the intermittence wiping mode into the stationary mode, the capacitor is charged. Until the wiper is returned at a fixed standby position at the same time when wiper motor is operated, the automatic static switch is maintained. The window washer liquid spraying pump motor is activated when the washer switch is switched on.
