Abstract: PURPOSE: A roller assembly for supporting a manual transmission rod in a vehicle is provided to prevent noise and vibration, and to transmit operational force efficiently by compensating clearance between the roller and the rod from wear of the roller. CONSTITUTION: A roller assembly has a couple of supporting plates(42) standing at both sides of a rod, a couple of supporting shafts(43) fitted to fixing holes of the supporting plates and arranged in upper and lower parts of the rod, and a couple of rollers(44) installed on supporting shafts and contacted to the rod with rolling. The supporting shaft has a cylindrical placing part(43a) inserting the roller rotating, and a fixing part(43b) integrally formed with the placing part and inserted to the fixing hole of the supporting plate. The central axis of the placing part is placed eccentrically to the central axis of the fixing part. Noise and vibration are prevented by compensating clearance between the roller and the rod.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a shift lever and a knob for a vehicle is provided to improve working efficiency, and to cut down manufacturing cost by separating the knob from the shift lever with drawing the insertion groove out of the assembling part of the shift lever in lifting up the knob. CONSTITUTION: A semicircular assembling part(210) is formed in the upper part of a shift lever(200), and a fixing clip(300) having fitting pieces is mounted in the assembling part. An insertion groove(110) is formed in a knob(100), and fitted to the assembling part.
