    Abstract: The present invention relates to a processing tool for a crank bore of heterogeneous materials. The tool is an integral tool for processing a crank bore by combining a boring tool and a honing tool, and enables a user to work for boring and honing process in one station simultaneously. When a user processes a crank bore of heterogeneous materials, the tool enhances the roundness of the crank bore by applying a guide pad. CONSTITUTION: Many bores(2) are formed on a cylinder block(1). A main gallery(4) for oil supply is formed in the cylinder block. A cooling gallery(5) for oil delivery is formed at a lower portion of the main gallery. A control valve(6) formed between the main gallery and the cooling gallery is selectively opened and closed depending on the oil pressure to supply oil to the cooling gallery. Plural discharge holes(7) are formed in the cooling gallery. The discharge holes are communicated with the interior of each bore. Oil is injected to the piston through the discharge holes.
