Abstract: PURPOSE: An airbag door module for a passenger seat and an inspecting method are provided to easily distinguish a crush pad resin formed of a PPF(Poly Propylene Fiber) material and an airbag door resin formed of a TPO(Thermo Plastic Olefin) material, and to easily mold a tear line using laser scoring to the airbag door resin. CONSTITUTION: One of a crush pad(31) and an airbag door(32) is made of a white color resin, and the other is made of an opposite color resin for distinguishing.

Abstract: 본 발명은 조수석 에어백 도어 모듈 및 검사방법에 관한 것으로, 투샷 몰딩 공법으로 에어백 도어 모듈(30)을 제작할 때에 크러쉬 패드(31) 제작용 수지와 에어백 도어(32) 제작용 수지를 상반된 색상의 수지를 사용하여 제작하게 됨으로써 제작 완료된 에어백 도어 모듈(30)에서 크러쉬 패드(31)와 에어백 도어(32)를 육안으로 쉽게 식별할 수 있게 되고, 특히 제작 완료된 에어백 도어 모듈(30)을 검사할 때에는 저가의 조명장비만 구비하면 쉽게 불량품을 선별할 수 있게 됨으로써 저 비용으로 전수검사가 가능하도록 된 것이다.
