Abstract: 본 발명은 수세식 방지시설의 악취물질 전처리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 수세식 방지시설의 전 단계에서 오염된 공기를 산화하여 공기 중 가스상 오염물질을 분해시킨 뒤 흡수액 내 가스상 오염물질을 산화시켜 흡수액의 악취포집 능력을 향상시킴으로써 수세식 방지시설의 악취제거 효율을 개선하기 위한 수세식 방지시설의 악취물질 전처리 시스템에 관한 것이다.
이를 위하여 본 발명은, 산화제를 함유하는 산화수를 생성하는 산화제발생장치; 수세식 방지시설로 유입되는 배출가스에 난류를 형성하는 난류형성장치; 상기 산화제발생장치로부터 산화수를 공급받아서 난류 상태로 수세식 방지시설로 이동되는 배출가스에 미립자 형태로 분사하는 산화제분무장치; 를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 배출가스로 분사된 산화수 내 산화제에 의해 배출가스를 1차로 산화한 뒤, 미반응 산화제에 의해 수세식 방지시설의 흡수액을 2차로 산화하여 악취물질을 분해함으로써 악취제거 효율을 증대하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 수세식 방지시설의 악취물질 전처리 시스템을 제공한다.-

Abstract: The Present invention relates to an odor material pretreatment system for a refreshing system facility, specifically, to an odor material pretreatment system of a refreshing system facility for improving the odor removal efficiency the refreshing system facility by improving an odor collection ability of an absorption liquid through oxidizing air, which is contaminated in the previous step, and discomposing gas pollutants in the air and then oxidizing gas pollutants in the absorption liquid. The present invention comprises: a oxidizer generating apparatus for producing oxidation water containing an oxidizer; a turbulence formation apparatus for generating turbulence in exhaust gas being flowed into the refreshing system facility; and an oxidizer spray apparatus for spraying the oxidation water in particles state to the exhaust gas being moved to the refreshing system facility. The odor material pretreatment system can increase the odor material efficiency by decomposing the odor materials through a first oxidation of the exhaust gas with the oxidizer in the oxidation water sprayed to the exhaust gas then a second oxidation of the absorption liquid with non-reacted oxidizer.
