본 발명은 연료전지 열화 방지 방법에 관한 것으로서, 운행 중인 연료전지 차량에서 스택 유출수의 불소이온농도 또는 pH 값을 실시간으로 측정하여 스택의 전해질막 상태를 확인하고, 전해질막의 열화 가능성이 있는 것으로 판단되면 현재의 열화 가속화 인자를 확인하여 해당 인자에 대한 막 안정화 조건이 유지될 수 있도록 인자별 설정된 제어 과정에 따라 차량 및 스택의 운전 조건을 제어함으로써, 전해질막의 열화를 효과적으로 방지하고, 스택의 성능 및 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는 연료전지 열화 방지 방법에 관한 것이다. 연료전지, 스택, MEA, 전해질막, 열화, 불소이온, 불소유출속도

PURPOSE: A method for testing electrolyte membrane endurance of fuel cell is provided to form pinhole and cracks on a film in a short time, and to accurately perform the lifetime of an electrolyte film. CONSTITUTION: A method for testing electrolyte membrane endurance of fuel cell comprises the steps of: performing electrochemical deterioration acceleration operation to create cracks or pin holes on a weak portion of an electrolyte film; accelerating generation of pinhole while inducing contraction and expansion of the electrolyte film by repeating humidification/drying cycle; confirming the formation of pinhole on the electrolyte film; and predicting a lifetime while evaluating durability.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device and a method for determining deterioration of a fuel cell is provided to rapidly deal with the deterioration of an electrolyte film by checking the state of the electrolyte film with regard to a fuel cell stack of the vehicle in real time. CONSTITUTION: A fluorine ion concentration measuring unit(162,167) detects the fluorine ion concentration of a stack effluent exhausted from a fuel cell stack(110). A condenser is installed on the pipe(110c,110d) of the fuel cell stack to condense the exhaust gas from the gas outlet of an anode and a cathode. A pH meter(161,166) detects the pH. A velocity measuring unit measures the velocity of the stack effluent. A controller(140) confirms an electrolyte film of the stack by calculating a fluorine flow velocity. The controller determines the deterioration of the electrolyte film if the fluorine flow velocity is out of the normal range.

CONSTITUTION: A device for confirming the position of a pin hole of polymer electrolyte membrane includes an upper block(10), a lower block(12), an indicator inlet(16), a pair of center plates(14a,14b), a supporting net(22), and a solid polymer electrolyte membrane. Different pH solution is stored in the upper block and the lower block. The indicator inlet is formed at the upper part of the upper block. A pair of center plates are arranged between the upper block and the lower block.

PURPOSE: A method for preventing the deterioration of a fuel cell is provided to effectively prevent the deterioration of an electrolyte film in a fuel cell stack loaded in a fuel cell vehicle and to improve the performance and durability of a stack. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing the deterioration of a fuel cell comprises the following steps of: (S101) measuring the fluoride concentration and pH value forlevel of stack effluent coming outexpelled from a fuel cell stack and measuring the flux of stack effluent; (S105) determining the deterioration possibility of the electrolyte film by producing a fluorine flow rate based on the measured fluorine ion concentration or pH value level and flow velocity data of stack effluent; (S109) confirming a deterioration acceleration factor by measuring operation voltage and temperature of a stack, relative humidity of reaction gas provided to the stack, and oxygen partial pressure among air provided to the stack, through sensors; and (S113) controlling the driving condition of the stack and vehicles.

The present invention relates to a method for extracting fucoxanthin and fucoidan from seaweed. PURPOSE: A method for preparing a kelp root extract and a composition containing the extract are provided to effectively extract useful ingredients from kelp roots and to treat constipation. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a kelp root extract comprises: a step of washing and drying kelp roots; a step of cutting and pulverizing the dried kelp roots and sorting by each size; a step of adding an organic acid solution and extracting the pulverized kelp roots; and a step of filtering the extract. The method also comprises a step concentrating the extract. The organic acid includes citric acid, malic acid, acetic acid, or a mixture thereof. The organic acid solution contains 0.05-0.5 wt% of organic acid and 99.5-99.95 wt% of water. A composition for treating constipation contains the extract as an active ingredient.
