Abstract: 본 발명은 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) 신호 패턴을 이용한 자동화 라인 제어에서 자동화 라인의 비정상 구동을 감지하는 이상회로의 상태를 자동으로 점검할 수 있는 자동화 라인의 이상회로 점검 방법으로, PLC 신호 패턴을 이용한 자동화 라인의 비정상 상태 알람 방법이 개시된다. Abstract: Disclosed is an abnormal state alarming method of an automation line using a PLC signal pattern. The abnormal state alarming method of an automation line using a PLC signal pattern includes (a) a step of obtaining multiple inter-PLC signal change sequences used for automation line control in a normal operating state by repeating cycles in the normal operating state in which multiple PLC signals are transceived between a PLC and the automation line by cycle according to the operation of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) internal logic and the automation line is sequentially controlled, (b) a step of calculating a reference sequence indicating the inter-PLC signal change sequences used for automation line control in the normal operating state by using the change sequences, and (c) a step of identifying whether the operating state of the automation line is abnormal and outputting the state by confirming whether the reference sequence is matched with the inter-PLC signal change sequences used for automation line control operated after the reference sequence is calculated.
