A soft thermoplastic resin composition is provided to lower the coefficient of linear thermal expansion and the specific gravity and to improve impact resistance. A soft thermoplastic resin composition comprises 5-50 wt% of at least one kind of olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer selected from the group consisting of a partially crosslinked olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer and a totally crosslinked olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer; 1-40 wt% of an alpha-olefin-based copolymer rubber, an olefin-based copolymer rubber or a styrene-based copolymer rubber; 30-60 wt% of a polypropylene rubber having a melt index of 60-90 g/10 min; and 10-30 wt% of an inorganic filler having an average diameter of 0.1-15 micrometers.

PURPOSE: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in extrusion and calender processability, which can be used for the surface material of interior parts of cars. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition contains: 100pts.wt. of a base composition comprising 5-45wt% of a polypropylene resin, 5-80wt% of an olefin-based copolymer rubber, 5-30wt% of a processing oil, and 1-30wt% of a low density polyethylene resin, a high density polyethylene resin, or a mixture thereof, wherein the polypropylene resin is an atactic polymer produced from a block or random copolymer of propylene and an alpha-olefin monomer; 0.01-5pts.wt. of an organic peroxide-based crosslinking agent; 0.01-5pts.wt. of a crosslinking aid; and 0.5-5pts.wt. of polytetrafluoroethylene.

A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to improve fluidity, injection property and flexibility by controlling the degree of crosslinking and flowing characteristics of a thermoplastic resin. A thermoplastic resin composition comprises 5-35 wt% of a polypropylene resin; 5-50 wt% of a thermoplastic elastomer; 20-40 wt% of a processing oil; and 1-30 wt% of an inorganic filler. Preferably the polypropylene resin is at least one selected from the group consisting of a propylene homopolymer, a copolymer of propylene and ethylene, and a terpolymer of propylene, ethylene and alpha-olefin; and the thermoplastic elastomer is an alpha-olefin-based elastomer, an olefin-based copolymer rubber or a styrene-based copolymer.

A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to significantly reduce the total amount of volatile organic compounds emitted therefrom while maintaining excellent mechanical properties including tensile strength, flexural strength and impact strength. A thermoplastic resin composition comprises: 1-90 wt% of a polypropylene resin; 3-50 wt% of a thermoplastic elastomer; 5-50 wt% of an inorganic filler; and 0.1-10 wt% of a deodorizing agent having a porous nanoball structure. The polypropylene resin is selected from the group consisting of propylene homopolymers, propylene-ethylene copolymers, propylene-ethylene-alpha-olefin terpolymers and blends thereof. The deodorizing agent having a porous nanoball structure has a hollow cavity inside thereof and comprises carbon or silica outside thereof.

PURPOSE: An olefin-based thermoplastic resin composition is provided, which can be molded to a desired shape according to the application use and shows a high melting strength, a soft texture and excellent painting property and elongation. CONSTITUTION: The olefin-based thermoplastic resin composition comprises 20-70 parts by weight of at least one olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer selected from the group consisting of a partially crosslinked olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer and a completely crosslinked olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer; 10-40 parts by weight of a polypropylene resin; 5-30 parts by weight of an ethylene-based α-olefin copolymer; 0.001-30 parts by weight of an olefin-based copolymer rubber; 0.01-30 parts by weight of a polyethylene resin; and optionally 0.001-5 parts by weight of a fluorine resin. The partially crosslinked olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer comprises 20-40 parts by weight of a polypropylene resin, 30-60 parts by weight of an olefin-based copolymer rubber, 5-30 parts by weight of a processing oil, 0.01-30 parts by weight of a polyethylene resin, 0.01-5 parts by weight of a peroxide derivative and 0.01-5 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent; and the completely crosslinked olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer comprises 20-40 parts by weight of a polypropylene resin, 30-60 parts by weight of an olefin-based copolymer rubber, 5-30 parts by weight of a processing oil, 0.01-5 parts by weight of a phenol derivative and 0.01-10 parts by weight of a curing auxiliary.
