Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided a paste-phase composition for filling into a joining region of aluminum panels in automobiles, which shows excellent adhesion performance to an aluminum panels. CONSTITUTION: The paste-phase composition comprises 7-15 wt% of an acryl-denatured epoxy, 3-15 wt% of a dimer-denatured epoxy-based resin, 5-20 wt% of a bisphenol-A type epoxy-based resin, 1-3 wt% of a hygroscopic agent, 3-15 wt% of a curing agent and curable accelerator, 15-40 wt% of a filling agent and 3-9 wt% of conductive carbon black, wherein the composition further additionally comprises 5-25 wt% of a nitrile rubber-denatured epoxy-based resin and 10-30 wt% of carboxy terminated butadiene acrylonitrile copolymer(CTBN)-denatured epoxy resin and has a viscosity of 400,000-800,000 cps/20 deg.C.
Abstract:
A sealant composition used for cold rolled steel, galvanizer steel sheet panels and aluminum panels is provided to realize excellent adhesion and improved strength and durability at a sealed portion, and to ensure excellent impact performance. A sealant composition comprises 2-10 wt% of an epoxy resin, 1-5 wt% of a hygroscopic agent, 15-20 wt% of a filler, 2-10 wt% of conductive carbon black, 0.5-6 wt% of a curing agent, 0.1-0.5 wt% of a curing accelerator and 5-12 wt% of alkylphenol glycidyl ester as a reactive diluent. The epoxy resin comprises: (A) 10-23 wt% of an acrylic rubber-modified epoxy resin or nitrile butadiene rubber-modified epoxy resin; (B) 5-16 wt% of at least one blend selected from a silicone-modified epoxy resin, amine-terminated butadiene acrylonitrile copolymer-modified epoxy resin and carboxyl-terminated butadiene acrylonitrile copolymer-modified epoxy resin; (C) 5-16 wt% of a bisphenol F type epoxy resin or solid bisphenol A type epoxy resin; and (D) 2-10 wt% of a melt blend of polyoxypropylene diamine with a liquid bisphenol A type epoxy resin.

PURPOSE: A sealant composition for charging the joining part of a car-body panel and adhering a car-body panel is provided, which exhibits an excellent adhesive strength irrespective of the kind of the panel. CONSTITUTION: The sealant composition comprises 10-23 wt% of acryl rubber or nitrile-butadiene rubber modified epoxy resin; 5-15 wt% of silicon modified epoxy resin, amine-terminated butadiene acrylonitrile copolymer modified epoxy resin or carboxy-terminated butadiene acrylonitrile copolymer modified epoxy resin; 3-10 wt% of dimer modified epoxy resin; 5-16 wt% of bisphenol F-type epoxy resin or bisphenol A-type epoxy resin; 1-3 wt% of CaO (95% or more) as a humectant; 15-40 wt% of at least one selected from coated or uncoated calcium carbonate, talc, silica, zinc oxide powdered fillers; 2-6 wt% of glass beads; 2-10 wt% of conductive carbon black; 2-6 wt% of at least one selected from dicyandiamide and modified dicyandiamide; 0.2-3.0 wt% of imidazole as a curing accelerator; and 5-12 wt% of carboxy glycidyl ester as a reactive diluent.

본 발명은 자동차의 내,외판 패널의 접착을 위한 실런트에 관한 것으로서, 환경문제 해결 및 차량경량화를 위하여 차량 판넬 소재인 기존의 냉연강판 또는 갈바나이저 패널을 알루미늄 패널로 교체함에 따라 냉연강판 패널과 갈바나이저 패널은 물론 알루미늄 패널의 접착도 가능한 복합용도의 충전제를 제공코저하는 것이다. 알루미늄 패널에 접착력이 우수한 아크릴고무 또는 니트릴 고무(NBR)변성 에폭시수지와, 카복시 터미네이티드 부타디엔 아크릴로니트릴 코폴리머(CTBN)변성 에폭시수지와, 접착성 및 강도가 우수한 액상의 비스페놀 A형 에폭시수지를 주성분으로 하고 거기에 차체 조립시 물리적인 접착력과 내구성을 부여하기 위하여 그라스비드를 첨가하고, 거기에 공지된 플라스틱 첨가제 및 에폭시수지용 경화제를 첨가하여 페이스트상 실런트 조성물을 얻고 이를 냉연강판 및 갈바나이저 강판은 물론 알루미늄으로 된 어떤 소재의 차량 패널의 내외판에도 통상의 방법으로 도포하게되면 차량의 도장 건조시에 가열, 경화되어 우수한 접착력을 갖도록한 것이다.
