Abstract: 본 발명은 6,7-디-O-아세틸시노코큘린 (6,7-di-O-acetylsinococuline) 또는 이의 약리학적으로 허용가능한 염을 유효성분으로 포함하는 천식 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 6,7-디-O-아세틸시노코큘린은 기도 점막조직에 염증을 일으키는 림프구 (lymphocytes), 중성구 (neutrophils), 또는 호산구 (eosinophils) 등의 염증 세포의 기관지 폐포로의 유입을 방지하고, 기도 과민성을 억제하고, 기관지 주위에 침윤하는 염증세포의 침윤을 감소시키며, 내강 내에 점액 분비 및 점막세포 비후 등을 억제하여 천식치료에 효과적이므로, 이를 천식 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물 및 건강식품 조성물로 활용한다.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及用于预防或治疗哮喘的组合物，其包含作为活性成分的6,7-二-O-乙酰酪氨酸或其药理学上可接受的盐。 更具体地，6,7-二-O-乙酰基聚肠氨酸可防止可能引起气道粘膜组织炎症的炎症细胞，例如淋巴细胞，嗜中性粒细胞，嗜酸性粒细胞等，进入支气管肺泡空间，抑制过敏反应 气道减少渗透到支气管周围的炎症细胞的浸润，并抑制内腔中的粘液分泌，粘膜细胞增厚等。 因此，6,7-二-O-乙酰酪氨酸可有效治疗哮喘，因此可用于预防或治疗哮喘和保健食品组合物的药物组合物中。
