    Abstract: PURPOSE: A multi-band high frequency switch module is provided to be suitably used for a dual-band mobile phone and contribute to reduce a size of the dual-band mobile phone by being formed as a small chip with a stacked structure. CONSTITUTION: The first switch circuit(SW1) switches a transmitter(TX1) and a receiver(RX1) of the first transmitting/receiving system(GSM(Global System for Mobile communication)). The first low-pass filter circuit(LPF1) is connected to the first switch circuit(SW1). The first transmission terminal(TT1) connects the transmitter(TX1). The second switch circuit(SW2) switches a transmitter(TX2) and a receiver(RX2) of the second transmitting/receiving system(DCS(Digital Cellular System) 1800). The second low-pass filter circuit(LPF2) is connected to the second switch circuit(SW2). The second transmission terminal(TT2) connects the transmitter(TX2). A band splitter circuit(2) splits a band of a communication signal to each transmitting/receiving system.
