A composition includes a compound having structural formula (I): Rf—S—Rh (I) wherein (i) Rf is a partially fluorinated or perfluorinated group having 2 to 6 carbon atoms and optionally comprises one or more catenated heteroatoms, and (ii) Rh is a non-fluorinated hydrocarbon group having 1-3 carbon atoms and optionally comprises one or more catenated heteroatoms. The composition further includes an organic lubricant contaminant.

A method of bonding a substrate is described comprising providing a fluoropolymer film comprising: i) a first fluoropolymer comprising at least 80, 85, or 90 wt. % of polymerized perfluorinated monomers; ii) optionally a second fluoropolymer having a greater amount of polymerized tetrafluoroethylene than the first fluoropolymer; wherein the first fluoropolymer and/or second fluoropolymer when present comprises halogen cure sites; and iii) one or more compounds comprising an electron donor group and one or more ethylenically unsaturated groups; applying the fluoropolymer film to a substrate; and heating the fluoropolymer film to a temperature of at least 150, 160, 170, 180, 190 or 200° C.

The present disclosure provides a liquid quantum dots composite that includes: a fluorescent semiconductor core/shell nanoparticle (preferably, nanocrystal or quantum dots); a first polyamine ligand and a second polythiol ligand attached to the core/shell nanoparticle outer surface. At least one of the polythiol and polyamine ligands are silicone ligands.

Curable antifouling compositions include fluorinated polymers that contain a perfluoropolyether group, a poly(alkyleneoxide) group, a hydrolyzable silane group and a cationic curative. The curable antifouling compositions can be applied on a surface of a substrate, and at least partially cured to provide an article with antifouling properties.
