This invention provides a curable composition, which comprises a RTV silicone and an uncrosslinked or partially crosslinked rubber and/or elastomer providing initial strength to the composition, wherein the ratio of the silicone to the rubber and/or elastomer ranges from 1 : 2 to15 :1 by weight. The curable composition has improved handling and application properties in addition to good thermal conductive performance, UV and thermal aging performance, electrical insulation performance, and adhesive performance.

The present invention provides a thermally curable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, which, based on the total weight of the composition, comprises the following components: a) 35-99% by weight of a reactive polymethacrylate component having a glass transition temperature Tg of -35°C to 32°C, and having a reactive functional group which can react with benzoxazine to form an interpenetrating polymer network; and b) 1 -65% by weight of a benzoxazine component of the following formula: wherein: X is selected from the group consisting of a covalent bond, C 1 -C 6 alkylene, C 3 -C 10 cycloalkylene group, C=O, S, S=O or O=S=O R 1 and R 2 are the same or different and independently of each other selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 alkyl, or C 5- C 14 aryl, and R4 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen or C 1 -C 6 alkyl. The present invention also provides an electrically conductive adhesive composition and an adhesive tape comprising the above-described composition, and provides for the use of the composition for preparing membranes used for electronic and electrical products, automobile products and new energy equipment.

The present invention provides a flame-retardant pressure-sensitive adhesive, comprising reaction products of the following reaction compositions based a total weight of the reaction compositions as 100 wt.%: 35-99 wt.% of a (meth)acrylate copolymer containing a functional reactive functional group, the functional reactive functional group comprising one or a plurality of the following groups: carboxyl group, hydroxyl group and epoxy group; the (meth)acrylate copolymer containing the functional reactive functional group being formed by free radical polymerization of one or a plurality of monomers; and 1-65 wt.% of a reactive organophosphorus flame retardant capable of reacting with the functional reactive functional group, the reactive organophosphorus flame retardant being formed by reaction of reaction components comprising the following substances: a compound or oligomer containing n epoxy groups, wherein n >=2, and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide. The flame-retardant pressure-sensitive adhesive meets the halogen-free flame retardant requirements of the UL94V0 standard, and possesses high peel strength and high-temperature static shear strength.

UV curable adhesive compositions are provided that include 1) a UV curable poly(meth)acrylate copolymer containing monomeric units having an epoxy group wherein the poly(meth)acrylate copolymer has a glass transition temperature between -30°C and -10°C, 2) a silsesquioxane polymer having epoxy-containing groups, and 3) a photocatalyst. UV cured adhesive compositions and adhesive tapes containing the cured adhesive compositions are also provided. The cured adhesive compositions are pressure sensitive adhesives.

Disclosed is a curable acrylic composition, an acrylic tape, an acrylic rubber roll and a method for preparing the acrylic rubber roll. The acrylic composition contains 50-77 wt% 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 2-10wt% acrylic acid, 20-40wt% 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, 0.1-0.5wt% curing agent and 0.1-0.2wt% photoinitiator. The acrylic rubber roll formed by the acrylic composition can recover its viscosity if washed directly with clean water without cleanser, and is characterized by excellent cleaning ability and washability.

The present invention provides a sintered ferrite sheet, an antenna isolator, and an antenna module. The sintered ferrite sheet has a plurality of holes therein and has a thickness of about 0.01 mm to about 0.5 mm. This hole-drilled ferrite sheet keeps the permeability of the ferrite sheet high and makes die-cutting of the ferrite sheet easier.

The present invention provides a thermally conductive adhesive composition, based on the total weight of the composition, comprising: (a) 5-70% by weight of an epoxy component; (b) 5-60% by weight of thermally conductive material; (c) 0.001-10% by weight of a photoinitiator; (d) 0-40% by weight of a thermoplastic polymer; (e) 0-50% by weight of a hydroxyl-functional component; and (f) 0-50% by weight of a halogen-free flame retardant. The present invention further provides a thermally conductive adhesive tape comprising the adhesive composition.
