    Abstract: To each selected section, two compensation loops (1,7) are provided covering the phase conductors in the form of a roof. Each consists of a horizontal upper conductor(2,8) located above the upper phase conductor, a horizontal lower conductor (3,9) found laterally below the lower phase conductor and two side connecting conductors (4,5). The overhead line has three phase conductors located one above the other. The phase conductors are embraced along at least one selected section by compensation loops. The phase positions and amplitudes of the compensation currents generated in the loops by a driving voltage are designed so that the magnetic and electric fields generated work against those of the phase currents.

    Abstract: The overhead line includes adjacent phase conductors (L1-3) which are interconnected along the overground line via spacers-arresters (106). One spacer-arrester forms a spacer with integrated overvoltage arrester. Preferably, one or more earthing cables (E) and the phase conductors are interconnected via spacers-arresters (1,4), at least partly. Voltage controlled resistors serve as voltage arresters for the spacers-arresters. The overvoltage arresters may be coupled to the spacers by spark tracks.

    Abstract: The power line has an additional, compensation, loop (1) surrounding at least one phase conductor. Into this compensation loop a compensation current is fed via a driving voltage. This current's phase angle and amplitude are adjusted relative to the phase conductor current angles and amplitudes so that its magnetic field works in opposition to that of the phase conductors. The driving voltage in the compensation loop and in at least one additional loop, which also surrounds a phase conductor and is connected with the original loop, is generated so that the overhead line is divided into at least two main sections. One section is with the original loop and one is with the additional loop.

    Abstract: A three-phase overhead line has at least one compensation loop formed by at least one split-phase conductor and comprising at least one unsplit phase conductor. The compensation loop (1) is connected with an additional loop (2) formed by the same part-conductors of at least one split-phase conductor and together with this forms a closed loop so that the overhead line is divided into at least two main sections, that is, into at least one section with the compensation loop and one section with an additional loop. The additional loop comprises either no unsplit phase conductors or only one such conductor and has a series condenser (5). Into the compensation loop by means of a driving voltage generated in the compensation and additional loops, is fed a compensation current whose phase and amplitude is adjusted relative to the phase and amplitude of the current flowing in the phase conductor so that the two magnetic fields generated act in opposition.

    Abstract: The gun has a chamber (1) into which is blown the powder/air mixture via a lateral duct (11). This generates a swirl action and the exit of the chamber passes HT electrodes (7) before being expelled via a deflector plate (9) to spread the powder spray. The earthing electrode (5) is surrounded by a sheath and has clean air blown through the space between the sheath and the electrode. The air keeps the electrode clean of powder deposits. The spacing of the electrodes is adjustable and the HT electrodes are in a ring, or in several rings. The HT electrodes are similarly supplied with cleaning air flows.

    Abstract: The three-phase overhead line is arranged, so that at least two of the three-phase conductors are split respectively in to at least one part conductor pair. All the part conductors (L2a, L2b, L3a, L3b) are arranged on the generated surface of a round cylinder (ZY) parallel to the central axis (PL) of the three-phase overhead line. The dia. of the cylinder (ZY) is the distance between the central axis (PL) of the overhead line and a specified axis (P1) with a quenched magnetic field. The plane surface (F) spanned and defined by the two axes (PL, P1), intersects the cylinder. So that two symmetrical half cylinders result. The part conductors of a part conductor pair with currents of the same phase position lie symmetrically at both sides of this surface (F).
