Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a uniform fuel concentration and restrain the vibration of a fuel chamber by a method wherein a fuel nozzle, arranged on the axis of an eddy current generator or a burner, is surrounded by an outer coating while air, rubbing the surrounding of the fuel nozzle while passing through holes bored on the outer coating, is conducted to flow. SOLUTION: A fuel nozzle 103 is surrounded by a ring 190 with an interval. Holes 161, arranged in a circumferential direction, are provided on the ring 190. Air 160 flows into an annular chamber 180 through the holes 161 while rubbing the surrounding of a fuel nozzle. The holes 161 are directed obliquely toward the downstream direction of the flow of fuel whereby a predetermined axial component is generated in the axial line 60 of a burner. A fuel injector 170 is provided additionally under a condition that the same is connected to the holes 161 operationally. A predetermined amount of fuel is supplied by the fuel injector 170 into the air 160 whereby a fuel concentration 150, uniform across the sectional surface of the flow of fuel, is brought. According to this method, the uniform fuel concentration 150 stabilizes flame front at the outlet port of the burner whereby the pulsation of a fuel chamber can be avoided.

At least one fuel injector 116 is provided in the zone. A sensor 400 is provided at a downstream side of the injector 116. The sensor 400 detects back fires 81, 80 of a premixing flame 50 in the burner from the chamber 30 to start fuel controlling.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the preliminary mixing of fuel and combustion air by improving the depth of penetration of fuel into the flow of combustion air. SOLUTION: A burner for a combustor is constituted principally of a swirl generator 100, a transition member arranged in the downstream of the swirl generator, and a mixing tube. The swirl generator itself is constituted of at least two sets of hollow conical partial bodies 140-143 arranged so as to be related in the direction of flow, while respective central axial lines of the partial bodies are extended in offset so that the neighboring walls of the partial bodies form an inlet passage 120 in the tangential direction. Fuel injectors 116, 116a are arranged along both sides of inflow rims in the inflow area of combustion air flow 115 into the swirl generator 100, while the fuel injectors function in offset so as to obtain the maximum preliminary mixing by covering the inflow sectional area of the inlet port passage of the fuel injector perfectly by fuel.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent mixing, the minimum harmful substance emission and the maximum efficiency when low-calory fuel is used by a method wherein a second passage for guiding fuel is finished at the upstream of shifting part, whereat a tangential inflow passage is shifted into the inner chamber of a swirl generator, while retaining an interval. SOLUTION: Partial bodies 101-104 are provided with passages 121-124, guided into tangential directions respectively, while gas fuel 117 is guided through these passages. The fuel 117 is injected into tangential inflow passages 191b-104b, guiding fuel air through inflow slits 131, extending into respective axial directions. The fuel 117 is mixed into the fuel air 115 at the upstream of a shifting part, whereat the tangential inflow passages 101b-104b are shifted into the inner chamber 118, while retaining a predetermined interval. According to this method, two medium gas are pre-mixed until they are advanced into the inner chamber 118. This effect can be obtained by the constitution that the passages 121-124 are provided on the partial bodies 101-104 as guides independently.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mixing quality of a gas/air mixture with a fixed pressurization of a gas. SOLUTION: This burner mainly comprises a spiral flow generator for the flow of combustion air and a means to inject at least one kind of fuel into the combustion air flow. Moreover, a mixing zone is arranged on the downstream side of the spiral flow generator. The mixing zone has a certain plurality of transfer paths inside a first mixing zone part in the direction of fluidization and the transfer paths are so arranged as to transfer a flow produced in the spiral flow generator to a mixing pipe installed after it on the downstream side of the transfer paths. A heat generator thus arranged is operated. In this case, a combustion air flow 115 flowing into the spiral flow generator runs along a turbulence generator 300, which is positioned on the upstream side of a part where a fuel is injected 116 into the combustion air flow 115.

Abstract: The mixing burner has inter-stacking parts. Abstract: The burner has a mixer section and a swirl generator. The mixer section (220) is positioned downstream from the swirl generator (100) and has, within a first part of the section (200) transfer ducts (201) running in the direction of flow for transmitting a current (40) formed in the swirl generator into a pipe situated downstream from the transfer ducts. The outlet plane of the pipe to the combustion chamber (30) has a break edge (A) for stabilising and enlarging a reverse current zone (50) formed downstream. The number of transfer ducts in the mixed section matches the number of art currents formed by the swirl generator. The pipe situated after the transfer ducts has openings (21) for injecting an air current into the pipe.
