Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable execution of spraying at a spray angle or a degree of spraying adapted exactly to conditions of operation at each time, by setting the diameter on the exit side of a nozzle outlet hole to be the same as that of a supply hole even at the maximum and by setting the length of the nozzle outlet hole to be a specified multiple of the diameter on the exit side of the nozzle outlet hole. SOLUTION: In a pressure spraying nozzle of a type wherein a nozzle body 30 has a mixing chamber 39 connected to an external chamber through a nozzle outlet hole 33 and a first supply passage 42 supplying a liquid 37 to be sprayed to the mixing chamber 39 without a whirling flow and under a pressure and wherein at least one other supply passage 36 is opened in the mixing chamber 39 for a part of the liquid 37 to be sprayed or a second liquid 37' to be sprayed and the liquids 37 and 37' can be supplied, with the whirling flow, through this supply passage 36, while a supply hole 41 of the first supply passage 42 is positioned on the same axis as the nozzle outlet hole 33, the diameter on the exit side of the nozzle outlet hole 33 is the same as the diameter d2 of a supply hole of the first supply passage even at the maximum and the length of the nozzle outlet hole 33 is at least 2-10 times larger, at the maximum, than the diameter da on the exit side of the nozzle outlet hole.

SOLUTION: A plurality of mixture elements 300 are arranged concentrically or approximately concentrically with the mixture section in a range of a transfer part characterized by a cross section jumping part 70 between a swirl generator 100, a mixture section 220, and a combustion chamber 30, and a mixture of part of the combustion air 115a and the fuel 303 is formed in the mixture elements 300, and the mixture elements function as the pilot stage of the combustion chamber in functional connection with the mixture section.

Abstract: The burner (1) has a throughflow passage (3) for the combustion airstream (12), at least one main fuel lance (5) and a number of swirl generators (4). The swirl generators encircle the main fuel lance and are provided with mixer elements (6) arranged between them. Each mixer element has at least one mixer channel (10) and the mixers are supplied with fuel (13a) and with part of the combustion air quantity (12a). The throughflow passage for the combustion airstream forms a Venturi nozzle downstream the swirl generator as far as the end of the burner. The main fuel lance is in the form of a nozzle (9) which induces pressure pulverisation of the fuel (13) flowing through.

Abstract: Bei einem Brenner, der im wesentlichen aus einem Drallerzeuger (100) für einen Verbrennungsluftstrom (115) und aus Mitteln zur Eindüsung eines Brennstoffes in den Verbrennungsluftstrom (115) besteht, ist stromab des erwähnten Drallerzeugers eine Mischstrecke (220) angeordnet. Diese Mischstrecke (220) weist innerhalb einer ersten Teilstrecke (200) eine Anzahl von in Strömungsrichtung verlaufenden Uebergangskanälen (201), welche die nahtlose Ueberführung der im Drallerzeuger (100) gebildeten Strömung (40) in ein nachgeschaltetes Mischrohr (20) sicherstellen. Die Austrittsebene dieses Mischrohres (20) zur Brennkammer (30) ist mit einer Abrisskante ausgebildet, welche der Stabilisierung und Vergrösserung einer sich stromab bildenden Rückströmzone (50) dient. Konzentrisch zur Mischstrecke (220) ist eine Anzahl Mischelemente (300) vorgesehen, welche der Bildung eines Gemisches (304) aus Verbrennungsluft (115a) und einem Brennstoff (303) dienen. Dieses Gemisch (303) aus dem jeweiligen Mischelement (300) bildet dann jeweils eine Pilotstufe der Brennkammer (30).
