An electric device (10) having an electric inductance comprises at least one winding (12), a magnetic core (14) with a leg (18b) surrounded by the winding (12) and a thermosyphon cooler (16) for cooling the winding (12). The cooler (16) has an evaporator (22) with at least one evaporator conduit (28) for evaporating a cooling fluid and a condenser (24) with at least one condenser conduit (30) for condensing the cooling fluid. The evaporator (22) is in thermal contact with a side surface (27) of the winding (12). Furthermore, the evaporator conduit (28) and/or the condenser conduit (30) are provided by a multi-channel tube (52), which multi-channel tube (52) is separated by inner walls (54) in at least two channels (50).

An air-cooled transformer (10) is provided. It comprises a core (20), an inner winding (30), an outer winding (40) having an outer boundary face (42) on its outside face, an air gap (50) between the inner winding (30) and the outer winding (40), a bobbin (60) comprising a dielectric material, located adjacent the outer boundary face (42) of the outer winding (40) and supporting the outer winding (40) from its outside face, wherein the bobbin (60) comprises supporting portions (70) which extend into the air gap (50), characterized in that,the bobbin (60) is mounted to the core (20) via at least one fastening element (100) and the fastening element (100) is adapted for positioning the bobbin (60) and the outer winding (40) with respect to the inner winding (30) for adjusting a stray inductance of the transformer(10).

The invention is related to a high-voltage-transformer (10) comprising at least one transformer-core (12, 30) wound from an amorphous band-like material (32, 52) around at least one inner hollow (14, 16, 44, 46), wherein two opposed laminated front sides are formed by the edges of the wound band-like material (32, 52) and wherein at least two opposed limb areas (34, 36, 38) and an upper (40, 98) and lower (42, 64) yoke area are formed. At least one hollow-cylindrical transformer coil (18, 20, 22) is arranged around a limb area (34, 36, 38) of the at least one transformer-core (12, 30). Cooling means (54, 58, 72, 94, 96) are connected with at least a section of at least one of the laminated front sides.
