Abstract:
PURPOSE: A high voltage device is provided to reduce various VFTs(Very Fast Transient) by diversifying the arrangement and the size of transient reduction units. CONSTITUTION: A high voltage device comprises a conductive element(121) and a transient reduction unit(130). The conductive element conducts the current of the high voltage. The transient reduction unit reduces the voltage peak of a VTF by generating an arcing. The transient reduction unit includes at least one arc formation generation surface and at least one permanent electricity contact part. The permanent electricity contact part is connected to the conductive element. When a transient electric potential difference between the conductive element and the transient reduction unit is greater than a critical value, the arching is generated between the transient reduction unit and the conductive element.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compact design improved for a grounding switch of a gas-insulated switch gear arrangement. SOLUTION: A mounting cover (10) of the gas-insulated switch gear arrangement (15) has a physical space (100) formed in a hollow shape expanding a gas chamber (9). A grounding switch fixed contact (12) is mounted at the inner side (10e) of the mounting cover (10) to be at least partially received to the physical space (100) of the mounting cover (10). SOLUTION: This closing resistor 18 for the high voltage circuit breaker has a large number of resistor elements 70 and a large number of cooling elements 60. The cooling elements 60 are arranged in series with one another, and are electrically connected in series with one another. The current converter has an axial force receiving attachment contour (11d) on a filling opening whose external diameter (K 2) is smaller than an external diameter (D) of a mounting flange (5) of a core supporting tube (11) and an attachment arrangement (12) that can be attached to the attachment contour is used for fitting the core supporting tube near the filling opening. An independent claim is also included for an electrical switching system, especially a high or medium voltage system.
