Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small sealed high-voltage switch having a transmission capability with a large rated current. SOLUTION: The sealed high-voltage switch has a conductor generating heat, a metal airtight container surrounding the conductor, and a cooling element. A cooler K as a cooling element is fixed on a part of the airtight container constituted as a mounting plate 22, and has a cooling lib 41 arranged outside the airtight container. At least a part of the cooling lib 41 is arranged in parallel to the mounting plate 22 and is held on a heat distributor 42 fixed to the mounting plate 22 so that one of two groups of cooling channels 43 appears on each of both sides of the heat distributor 42. The cooling channels 43 are respectively arranged in a sandwich manner and inclined in a horizontal direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high voltage insulator having a low leaking speed. SOLUTION: The high voltage insulator H comprises a coaxial arrangement, an insulation tube 1 having end edge portions in a shape of a bearing ring 10, a hollow metal armature 2 supported by the bearing ring 10, an adhesive joint 51, and a cavity 15. At least one channel 50 for adhesive agent which is mainly guided in a diameter direction is arranged between the cavity 15 and the adhesive joint 51, and the channel 50 of the adhesive agent is sealed by a hardened adhesive agent and moreover has a cross section sufficient for guiding an unhardened adhesive agent from the cavity 15 into the adhesive joint 51 before formation of a hardened adhesive layer. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric contact system (1) for an electric switching device. SOLUTION: The system includes two contact units (10, 20). When electric contacts are formed in the system, contact force acts between the contact units (10) and (20). At this time, means (13, 14, 15, 18) are provided for effecting the contact force, and also, the first contact unit (10) is enabled to separate itself from the second contact unit (20). The means (14, 15, 18) are distinguished by having a thermal expansion effect which brings increase of contact force according as temperature of the means (14, 15, 18) rises. Abstract:
A high-voltage insulator includes a metal armature, an insulating tube joined to the metal armature, which is adhesively bonded to the metal armature at an end formed as a supporting ring, and an axially symmetrical adhesive-bonding joint disposed around the axis of the insulating tube. An annular grove, which is formed in the metal armature, is disposed around the axis of the insulating tube and receives an end portion of the supporting ring. Sealing surfaces are respectively formed in the groove and in the supporting ring. The sealing surfaces are arranged and formed in such a way that, when the insulating tube and the metal armature are joined, they slide on one another, thereby forming a seal, and the supporting ring acting as a displacement body presses adhesive that has been introduced into the groove before the joining into the adhesive-bonding joint.
Abstract:
A contact piece (4) juts out from a flexible contact piece support (FCPS) (5) in an outward direction (z) and links to the FCPS on a contact end (52). A leaf spring (LS) (3) stretches in a lengthwise direction (x) and has a fastening end, on which it links to the FCPS fastening end (31) when fitted. The LS can create a force to oppose the FCPS outward direction. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) A heavy-duty switch with numerous contact finger modules acting as part of a detachable electric contact; (b) and for an isolating link module for a heavy-duty switch.

Abstract:
The switch has a cooling element i.e. heat pipe, with a cooler (K), which is attached on an assembly plate (22) and has cooling fins (41). A part of the cooling fins is arranged in a cooling block (40). The part of the cooling fins is arranged parallel to the assembly plate, and is retained at a heat distributor (42) such that a group of cooling channels (43) is formed at both sides of the distributor. The channels are arranged in the sides of the distributor according to a sandwich design and are inclinedly aligned opposite to a horizontal line, where the distributor is formed as a plate.
