Abstract: The invention is about an optical sensor element (1) for use in an optical sample analysing apparatus (2), comprising a housing (3) which contains at least one optical sensor component (4). ,The optical sensor element further comprises a housing body (5) and a housing lid (6), which is removably connected to the housing body (5), so that in the assembled state the housing body (5) and the housing lid (6) are forming a fluid-tight housing (3), and wherein the housing lid (6) is equipped with replaceable moisture control elements (7).
