Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for manufacture of a transformer core made of ferromagnetic material, such as amorphous metal or silicon iron, which is provided as a single ribbon layer or as multiple ribbon layers, characterized by the following steps a) the single ribbon layers or bundle of ribbon layers of ferromagnetic material, such as amorphous metal or silicon iron, are continuously wound into loops, whereas the shape of the core loops is effected by means of an appropriate mandrel to be directly formed into its final shape; b) the single or multiple ribbon layers of the loops are being cut in that - a mechanical device or a laser is used for cutting, allowing fast and precise cutting of the ribbons, and in that - all ribbons of the loops are cut at at least one position along the circumference of each ribbon layer.
Furthermore the invention relates to a method of manufacture of a transformer having a core manufactured according to the method being illustrated before as well as to a transformer provided with such a core manufactured according to the claimed method.

Es wird ein Kern-Ring (2) eines Transformators (1) oder einer Drossel vorgeschlagen, welcher als Wickelbandkern aus einem Band gebildet ist, wobei zwischen Unterseite (3) und Oberseite (4) des Kern-Rings (2) ein über die gesamte Schichthöhe verlaufender Schnitt (6 - 14, 16 - 25) unter einem Winkel (α) zur Oberfläche des Bandes zwischen 5° und 90° eingebracht ist.

The invention relates to a heat exchanger system for transformers or reactors having at least one coil being cooled by gaseous fluids circulating around whereas the arrangement is disposed within an enclosure wherein a flow of cooling gaseous fluid is passing the coil and being heated by the heat of the transformer or reactor which is directed to pass a thermosiphon heat exchanger which dissipates the heat to a cooling media.

The invention relates to a coil for a transformer or for corresponding tubular products, where electric fields are typically in the order of 0.1 kV/mm and 10 kV/mm or above, having at least two turns and an intermediate layer of insulating material, where woven fabric tapes, unidirectional tapes, or prepregs are being used as insulating material which provides sufficient distance between the at least two turns of the conductor.

The invention relates to a method for manufacture of cores for three phase transformer (10) whereas the core (14) is composed of three frames (16) designed to be combined so that each transformer core leg (18) is composed of two frame legs (18), whereas the transformer core legs (16) are arranged in a triangular configuration, and the cross-section of the core legs (20) have a circular or polygonal shape, and where the core frames (16) are made of layers of at least one continuously wound band (22) of low-loss magnetic material, whereas the width of the bands (22) is adjusted according to the respective layer of the core leg (20) by means of laser (24) cutting.
