Abstract: PURPOSE: To keep chances of infection by infections pathogesis to a minimum by having improved valves, a multi-stack container transfer system and a lock mechanism of the top on elastic liner and by sprinkling waste treatment agent in a closed reservoir tank. CONSTITUTION: A valve 38 is applied in the channel leading to a closed room 16 from an inlet tube 26. The valve 38 serves to conduct is one direction only of the flow of the waste sucked into the close room 16 from a waste source. The close room surrounds the whole of a reservoir tank 40 which is normally closed, and the reservoir tank houses waste treatment agent inside as far as it is closed. The waste treatment agent is sprinkled in the close room 16 when the reservoir tank 40 is opened on taking off a closure member 42. Operation of this system is visually checked as the plug 50, made of low density material such as cork, and put detachably onto the opening of a tube 46 float on the waste treatment agent.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To suppress the infection by providing an ejecta absorber/collector with an external means to open a storage tank for distributing an ejecta treatment agent, which is connected to a closed chamber in a sealed fashion. CONSTITUTION: This infection-suppressed type ejecta absorber/collector 10 is provided with a normally-closed storage tank 40 so that it 40 is operated by an external force to discharge an ejecta treatment agent stored inside. As far as this storage tank 40 is kept closed, a given amount of ejecta treatment agent is kept stored inside. Since discharging this ejecta treatment agent is externally controlled, an operator is not almost exposed to the ejecta in the closed chamber 16 by any means. Opening this storage tank 40 distributes the ejecta treatment agent to the closed chamber 16. This can prevent the infection via ejecta.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent from leakage or disorder in a system such as sudden removal of a clisposer lid and breakdown of a flexible liner, etc., by providing a vessel with a lid, an inlet means arranged on the lid, a means to connect a suction source to the lid, and a means to treat wastes within the vessel. CONSTITUTION: When wastes reach a water level at which they contact with a lower surface of a floating material 53 within a flexible liner 14, a float 50 rises till a circular wall part 54 being contacted with an upper surface of the float 50. The circular wall part 54 has a circular wall 55, an aperture 56, and a circular channel 49 connected to an aperture 57, which in turn is connected to the aperture 56. Therefore, the float 50 prevents from the wastes disposal to flow into a flexible liner 14. However, suction is carried out and the wastes flow continuously via an onedirection valve 25. By suction, the wastes flow directly from the aperture 56, which in turn constitutes an inlet aperture, via the circular channel 49 to the aperture, which in turn constitutes an outlet aperture 57. Thereafter, the wastes move into other can which mn turn consistutes an assistant vessel.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent the mechanical trouble of a suction type exhausting system, and the occurrence of the leakage of waste in the system by providing the system with an openable shutting means for shutting a storing vessel until the storing vessel is operated to open up through a flexible liner for spraying a waste treating agent into the closed vessel. CONSTITUTION: A flexible liner 14 is welded or fixed at the below of a vessel lid 12 in a completely closed state, and a fixing portion 21 has a vertically hanged cylindrical portion 22 elongated on the upper and lower of the vessel lid 12 for directing the stream of the waste toward the bottom portion of the liner 14. The fixing portion 21 and the upper portion 24 of the cylindrical portion 22 cooperatively prevent the deviation of the stream of the waste from the liner 14, at the same time both portions 21 and 24 form a shoulder portion 23 for supporting the duckbill-valve of one way type double slits for conducting the stream of the waste into the liner 14. So far as the vessel lid 12 and the liner 14 are in a closed state, a closed chamber of housing a normally closed storing vessel for housing a waste treating agent is formed in the inside. The spray or releasing of the waste treating agent into a closed chamber 14' is simply carried out by smashing the liner 14 to release a tube by breaking a packing material, or by smashing the liner 14 to eliminate an end cap from the tube.
