Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a bound body where the normal activity of antibody, enzyme, or protein is retained by using a specific 2-functional binding reagent for connecting all proteins to another protein. CONSTITUTION: A hetero 2-functional binding reagent shown by an expression I (in the expression I, X indicates a substitution or nonsubstitution amino acid with 3-10 carbon atoms in a straight chain, R indicates alkyl group, cycloalkyl group, alkyl-cycloalkyl group, or aromatic series carbon ring, and n indicates an integer ranging from 1 to 10) to bind essentially all proteins to another protein. The long and hydrophilic chain of the amino acid of the binding reagent improve the physical separation between binding proteins and at the same time can be fully solvated by water in a solution.
