Abstract: PURPOSE: To administer liquid such as an intestinal aliment and medicines into a stomach and the small intestine by providing a first opening part in a flexible tube, providing a second opening in an expander, and setting a diameter of the first opening part larger than a diameter of the second opening part. CONSTITUTION: A basic constitutive part of a device 10 is composed of a flexible tube 11, a joining tube 12 having a locking part to constitute a connecting part and a tapering expander 13. A first opening part 15 is provided on the base end of the device 10, and a second opening part 18 is provided on the tail end, and a diameter of the first opening part 15 is set larger than a diameter of the second opening part 18. The first opening part 15 exists on one end of the flexible tube 11, and the second opening part 18 exists in a tip part of the tapering expander 13. Therefore, a large-sized gastric fistula forming nutrition replenishing tube is not only durable but also relieves clogging by facilitating administration of a crushed medicine. A treatment by another endoscope is not necessary to remove the installed nutrition replenishing tube.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a careless separation of an adapter from a connector by providing the outside face of the adapter with a stepped surface whose diameter decreases gradually from its end on the injection tube side to the other end, and by forming an inverted conic part so that a lock plug gets engaged with a ring member of the adapter. CONSTITUTION: An adapter 30 comprises an outside face having a succession of stepped surfaces 48, 50, 52 and 54 with the diameter decreasing gradually from an entrance end 38 toward an exit end 40, and inverted conic part 56 is arranged between the stepped surfaces 50 and 52. When the adapter 30, for example, is inserted in a collector 34 with a large dimension, the second largest stepped surface 50 is exactly inserted in a main entrance port 46 of the connector 34. When a much smaller connector 34a is used, the conic part 56 is exactly inserted in a main entrance port 46a of the connector 34a. A plug 78 of the Y-shaped connector 34 is detachably engaged with a lock ring 58 of the adapter 30. Thus, the adapter 30 and the assembling connector 34 are securely locked.
