    Abstract: PURPOSE: To make it possible to perform accurate fluorescence polarization immunoassay with high sensitivity to simultaneously detect both the presence and quantity of amphetamine-like drug by using immunogen compound represented by a specific formula. CONSTITUTION: An immunogen compound represented by a formula [where R , R , R , R and R are groups selected from a group consisting of H, OH and CH, but at least one of R , R , R , R and R is general formula (M) zWQ (where Q is carrier substance, W is a coupling group selected from a group consisting of NH, CO, COOH, CHO and OH and existing on carrier substance, z is 0 or l, M is saturated or unsaturated coupling group of normal chain or branched chain containing 0-15 carbon atoms and heteroatom and less than 6 heteroatoms in such a manner that two or more heteroatoms are not continuously coupled, the branch occurs only on the carbon atom, and the heteroatom is atom selected from a group consisting of nitrogen atom, oxygen atom, sulfur atom, silicon atom and phosphorus atom)] is used. Thus, accurate immunoassay with reliability can be performed.
