    Abstract: PURPOSE: To enhance reaction rate of a reactive mixture by producing a composite of capturing reagent/analyte/indicator and bringing the composite into contact with a solid phase substance charged oppositely to separate the composite from a fluid sample thereby detecting a label. CONSTITUTION: A fluid sample is brought into contact with a capturing reagent to produce a composite of capturing reagent/analyte and then the composite is brought into contact with an indicator to produce a composite of capturing reagent/analyte/indicator. The composite is brought into contact with a solid phase substance charged oppositely and separated from a fluid sample through attraction and adhesion thus detecting and monitoring a label associated with a solid phase or an unbonded indicator as an index of the presence of an analyte in fluid sample or the quantity thereof. Both the capturing reagent and indicator being used in the separation process are soluble and dispersed into the fluid sample to produce a uniform reaction mixture thus enhancing the reaction rate of reaction mixture.
