Abstract: The present invention relates to processes for preparing amine substituted benzofurans, and more particularly 4-(2-{2-[(2R)-2-methyl-1-pyrrolidinyl]ethyl}-1-benzofuran-5-yl)benzonitrile, and salts thereof.
