A hybrid gel comprising a particulate decellularized tissue obtained by pulverizing animal-derived biological tissues that are decellularized (decellularized biological tissues), fibrinogen and thrombin; a cell culture material comprising the hybrid gel; a method for preparing the hybrid gel; and a kit comprising a particulate decellularized tissue and a biological tissue adhesive are provided. The hybrid gel may exert the effect to promote differentiation and gain of function of stem cells and the therapeutic effect to a variety of diseases.

Provided are: a hybrid gel that contains a particulate decellularized tissue (a product prepared by grinding a decellularized biological tissue that is obtained by decellularizing a biological tissue derived from an animal), fibrinogen and thrombin; a cell culture base material containing the hybrid gel; a method for preparing the hybrid gel; and a kit containing a particulate decellularized tissue and an adhesive for biological tissues. The hybrid gel according to the present invention has an effect of promoting the differentiation and function acquisition of stem cells and therapeutic effects on various diseases.

Provided are: a method for preparing a decellularized tissue product in which decellularized tissue can be filled with liquid while changes in the structure of support tissue constituting the decellularized tissue are inhibited; and a graft provided with a decellularized tissue product. The method for preparing a decellularized tissue product includes a reduced-pressure step for bringing an animal-derived decellularized tissue material and a liquid into contact under reduced-pressure conditions, and/or a pressurized step for bringing same into contact under pressurized conditions. The graft is provided with a decellularized tissue product prepared by the method of preparation.
