Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a system in which necessity for changing address position by manual work is removed and which rearranges an extension card in a person al computer. CONSTITUTION: The system gives security against the accidental reprogramming of a device by checking the address and data of I/O access (304-328). The time required for executing a reprogramming operation and a hardware realization example can be made minimum by using the system.
