    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new enzyme derived from a microorganism and recognizing D-aspartic acid in a peptide chain and specifically cleaving the C-terminus side thereof and to provide the new microorganism producing the enzyme.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible oil and fat composition containing 1,2-diacylglycero-3-acetate of Akebia quinata oil as a main ingredient, being difficult to become a substrate for hydrolysis reaction by a lipase which is a lipid digestive enzyme, suppressing increase of blood triacylglycelol (neutral fat) after intake, having less accumulation to bodies and having good storage stability and flavor. SOLUTION: The method for producing a liquid general-purpose type oil containing 1,2-diacylglycero-3-acetate as a main ingredient comprises drying seeds of a plant of the family Lardizabalaceae, squeezing oil from the seeds or extracting the seeds with a solvent to prepare a crude raw oil, adding 3-20% water to the crude raw oil, stirring these components for 5-30 min at 50-120°C, leaving the mixture to stand overnight to remove bilirubin content and gum mainly containing phospholipid, filtering supernatant oils and fats and producing the liquid general-purpose oil and fat composition.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a Tonburi tea consisting of broom cypress seeds, without giving a strange feeling to throat on drinking and not having a specific grassy- smell by using the broom cypress seeds as a raw material. SOLUTION: This Tonburi tea consists of broom cypress seeds of which bitter components such as a saponin is heat-decomposed by a roast treatment to make 0.5-3.0% water content thereof, or is obtained by blending at least one or more kinds of a dried shiitake mushroom (Lentinus edodes), a roast- treated unpolished rice, a roasted tea, a coarse tea with 30-90 wt.% broom cypress seeds roasted to have 0.5-3.0 wt.% water content for masking the grassy- smell of the broom cypress seeds.
