The fluidics manifold includes a primary manifold including a body and a mounting surface formed on the body, an infusion manifold, an aspiration manifold, and a pincher manifold which are mounted on a mounting surface. The primary manifold is configured to fluidly communicate with the cassette received in the cassette-receiving portion. The infusion manifold and the aspiration manifold fluidly communicate with the cassette through the primary manifold. The pincher manifold controls the fluid communication of the cassette, the injection manifold, and the aspiration manifold with each other.
