Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curved optical device and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: This curved optical device includes a pair of flexible substrates flat initially and opposed each other, and a spacer and a sealed fluid material arranged between the substrates. The substrates have a uniform controlled space. The substrates are permanently curved by applying heat and pressure to a mold while maintaining the controlled space. Abstract: A curved optical device includes a pair of initially flat opposed flexible substrates that may have a fluid material with spacers disbursed therein disposed between the pair of substrates and sealed.
