SOLUTION: A work piece is fitted to a rotor which is conveyed by a conveyer. The rotation direction of the rotor is reversed between the upstream side and the downstream side of the conversion point. The coating robot is fitted to the side of the conveyer. An operator conducts the teaching to the workpiece at the upstream side of the conversion point and inputs the center coordinate of the rotor to which the workpiece is fitted. The control data preparation apparatus automatically produces the data for the instruction of the actuation of the coating robot to the workpiece fitted to the rotor located at the more downstream side than the conversion point by conducting the mirror transform centering on the center coordinate inputted. As for the objects which are to be coated and are placed on flat plates, a work pitch between the adjacent flat plates is made narrower than the work pitch on the same flat plate. As the other method, the object to be coated is moved circularly by arranging a rotating unit which has a region that the object to be coated moves linearly in a spray coating region and the spindle coating is performed so that the spindle coating is not affected by an angle of spray. According to these methods, the effect of the spindle coating can be kept and the uniformity and quality of the coating film can be improved.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable two stage simultaneous coating to be performed by a coating robot onto an object to be coated having special complicated form such as a spectacles frame and further having a wire-shape or a lattice shape and to improve production capacity by retrenching wasteful lost time at the time of vertical change-over.
    SOLUTION: In a driving apparatus which mounts spray guns for painting along the object to be coated, two spray guns spraying in mutually facing directions are provided. The spray gun at the rear in a moving direction coats an end part of the object to be coated and when the rear spray gun stops spraying, the spray gun at the front immediately starts spraying operation and paints from outside of the end part and further paints by changing a moving direction. Moreover a holder of the object to be coated is subjected to servo-control in which optional rotation angle can be set. A plurality of spray guns are provided at a driving arm and these spray guns are controlled so as to move on a plane which maintains a position being in parallel to the holder and thereby production capacity is improved.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make continuous coating possible on spindles transferred on a conveyer in order to improve the productivity in the process of spindle coating by mounting a plurality of objects to be coated on rotation spindles and coating the objects while revolving. SOLUTION: A rotation folder mounting a plurality of the objects to be coated is disposed on spindles connected to the continuously traveling conveyer. The rotation folder includes two areas with rotation in one direction and in the opposite direction. A spray gun opposing to the object in each of the rotation area is mounted on a coating robot, and coating is performed by the spray guns synchronously operated in the both rotation areas. The coating process on the object is completed while the object is passed through the both rotation areas.
