Abstract: PURPOSE: To automatically change names and numbers of items in accordance with a pattern clarified by the sequence of a similar example by observing the occurrence of instructions from the initial stage to the present and extending the pattern of the observed change to forecast its form at the time of next appearance. CONSTITUTION: A forecasted next instruction is clarified by monitoring and recording user instructions, performing reverse search so as to detect the initial sequence of instructions similar to the present sequence of instructions, and continuing the pattern of the change observed from the initial stage to the present of instructions. By this execution, a synthesized program which executes the sequence and its deformation can be generated, and this program can be executed by activation to execute the instruction sequence and its deformation. Thus, a user can perform programming based on the similar example without memorizing that the recording system is operated.
