The alert or alerts can be provided to the electronic device engaged with the charging device and/or to another electronic device or alert unit that is in communication with the electronic device that is engaged with the charging device.

Abstract: REDUCED-SIZE INTERFACE FOR MANAGING ALERTS An electronic device with a display can receive an alert comprising information, and in response to receiving the alert, issue a perceptual output. The device can detect a user input and determine whether the user input was detected within a predetermined time interval after the perceptual output. In accordance with a determination that the user input was detected within the predetermined time interval, the device can display a notification on the display, wherein the notification comprises a first portion of the information. If the device continues to detect the user input after a second predetermined time period, the device can display a second portion of the information, where the second portion is different from the first portion.

Als Reaktion auf die Zustimmung zu der Bildaufnahmeanfrage kann auf der zweiten Vorrichtung eine Kameraanwendung gestartet werden. Nach der Aufnahme eines Bildes mit einer Kamera in der zweiten Vorrichtung als Reaktion auf eine Benutzereingabe in die Kameraanwendung oder den Empfang eines Bildaufnahme-Fernsteuerbefehls von der ersten Vorrichtung kann die zweite Vorrichtung das aufgenommene Bild automatisch an die erste Vorrichtung senden und das aufgenommene Bild von der zweiten Vorrichtung löschen. Außerdem werden Anordnungen bereitgestellt, bei denen Benutzern Bilder aus einem öffentlichen Kamerasystem auf einer stationären oder mobilen Plattform bereitgestellt werden und bei denen Benutzer auf einer Veranstaltung Bilder von ihren Kameras teilen.

Abstract: In some implementations, a first computing device can send notifications at times that the first computing device is not in an expected location. A user of a second computing device can remotely configure an expected location for the first computing device, which may be a particular location for a certain period of time. During that time, the first computing device can monitor its own location and check whether it is within the expected location. If the first computing device unexpectedly leaves or fails to enter the expected location, the first computing device may transmit a notification to the second computing device. Similarly, if the first computing device loses connectivity with other devices, a server device may notify the second computing device that the location of the first computing device cannot be determined.

Abstract: Techniques are provided for implementing audio looping techniques. In some instances, it may be determined, by a wearable device, whether a user has responded to a user interface prompt displayed in response to detection of a physical event associated with the user. Additionally, the wearable device may transmit a communication channel request to an emergency response service in accordance with a determination that the user has not responded to the user interface prompt after expiration of a time period. Further, the wearable device may transmit an audio message to the emergency response service at least in response to the emergency response service accepting the communication channel request.
