The UE receives a first signal, wherein the first signal includes a first individual system information block (SIB) segment of a SIB, receives a second signal, wherein the second signal includes a second individual SIB segment of the SIB, reassembles the SIB using first SIB segment and the second SIB segment and decodes the contents of the SIB.

Abstract: Determining RRC processing delays for multi-subscriber identify module (MSIM) user equipments (UEs) may include decoding a capabilities message from a UE that indicates the UE is an MSIM UE that includes at least a first SIM and a second SIM. A communication for the first SIM of the UE may be encoded. The communication may be configured to cause the UE to perform a radio resource control (RRC) procedure. A transmission request received from the UE may be decoded. The transmission request may be associated with the RRC procedure. In response to receiving the transmission request, an uplink (UL) grant may be scheduled for the first SIM of the UE.

Abstract: A technique for power saving, comprising establishing a radio resource control (RRC) connection with a wireless system, entering an RRC connected mode based on the established RRC connection, receiving, from the wireless system, configuration information indicating a discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle time, a DRX on time period, and an offset time, determining an enhanced wake-up signal (EWUS) monitoring occasion for a DRX cycle based on the offset time and the DRX on time period, monitoring, during a first DRX cycle, for an EWUS during the EWUS monitoring occasion associated with the first DRX cycle, receiving, from the wireless system, the EWUS during the EWUS monitoring occasion, determining that the EWUS indicates that the wireless device skip one or more future EWUS monitoring occasions, and skipping monitoring for the EWUS based on the indicated skipped one or more future EWUS monitoring occasions.

Abstract: To accommodate a mix of high frequency carriers and lower frequency carriers, a protocol stack may include a radio link control (RLC) entity that allows configuration of status reporting control parameters on per carrier, or per subcarrier spacing. Alternatively, a protocol stack may include two RLC entities, one for handling high frequency carriers, and another for handling lower frequency carriers. High frequency carriers and lower frequency carriers may be distinguished based on a frequency threshold. Furthermore, a user equipment may transmit to the network an indication of its L2 buffer size. The network may configure the UE and/or control scheduling, to ensure the UE's L2 buffer does not overrun. Alternatively, the UE may indicate that it can support a percentage of a maximum buffer size. The network may configure the UE and/or control scheduling so that the UE's buffer occupancy does not exceed the percentage.
