    Abstract: An image acquiring device comprises: an automatic document feeder comprising: an input tray supporting an information medium; and a control panel comprising an operation button for selecting one image acquiring side of the information medium; an image acquiring assembly acquiring the image of the image acquiring side; a processor electrically connected to the automatic document feeder, the image acquiring assembly and the operation button; a storage, which is electrically connected to the processor and comprises an image module storing program codes for enabling acquiring the image of the image acquiring side; and an output unit receiving and outputting the image of the image acquiring side. The processor controls the image acquiring assembly to acquire the image of the image acquiring side according to the program codes and different signals of the operation button and transmits the image to the output unit. Associated copying method and system are also provided.

    Abstract: A copying apparatus capable of calibrating a copy position comprises a scanning module scanning an original to obtain an original image; and a processing module being electrically connected to the scanning module and recognizing whether the original image contains an original mark corresponding to a template mark. If the original image contains the original mark, then the processing module generates print data for being printed out according to the original image and a position parameter of the template mark. A copying method capable of calibrating the copy position is also provided. Thus, the copy position can be calibrated according to the mark of the original to prevent the copy result from having a positional offset. Consequently, no positional offset occurs even if the original is copied multiple times based on the previous generation of original.

    Abstract: An image processing apparatus includes an image processing device. The image processing device includes a receiving port and a processor connected together. The receiving port receives old image data corresponding to a document image of a document. The processor divides the old image data into first area image data corresponding to a first area image of the document, and second area image data corresponding to a second area image of the document, and further performs image enhancement processing on the first area image data to obtain enhanced first area image data. Thus, the first area image may be separated from the second area image, and the image enhancement processing is performed on the first area image.     Abstract: An information security management system and a multifunction printer thereof are provided. The multifunction printer includes an image capturing module, an image processing module, an output module and a transmission module. The image capturing module captures a data image of a document paper. The image processing module is coupled to the image capturing module and encodes the data image to generate first encoded data. The output module is coupled to the image processing module and prints second encoded data related to the data image. The transmission module is coupled to the image processing module and transmits one of the first and second encoded data. The multifunction printer deletes the first encoded data from a memory after transmitting the first encoded data, and deletes the second encoded data from the memory after transmitting/outputting the second encoded data.
