Abstract: An image filing method including following steps is provided. A plurality of documents are scanned in sequence to generate a plurality of scan image data. A sheet form is searched from these image scan data. When there are M sheet forms searched from the scan image data, the scan image data are divided into M groups, and the sheet form is set up in a home page of each group, wherein M is an integral larger than 1. M files corresponding to the M groups are created.

Abstract: An output method and an output device include steps below. A first electronic device sends a file to a server and generates a piece of verification information corresponding to the file. A second electronic device receives the piece of verification information. An output device reads the piece of verification information, and obtains the file from the server according to the piece of verification information. The output device receives a first verification code via a user interface, determines whether the first verification code matches the piece of verification information, and outputs the paper document of the file when the first verification code matches the piece of verification information. The output device sends a second verification code, generated according to encode data of the file, to the second electronic device for a further verification and deletes the file after the output device output the paper document of the file.

Abstract: A document processing system and method for performing document classification by machine learning include an input module, a processing module, and at least one storage module preconfigured with a classification folder matching a code. Upon completion of a first-instance model construction procedure, the input module receives a document image. The processing module compares the document image with a machine learning model information to generate a computation result and stores the document image in the classification folder according to the computation result. Therefore, classification of the document images is automated according to the code of the corresponding classification folder, thereby enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of document classification.
