Abstract: Disclosed are a shortcut copying method for a multi-function printer and a multi-function printer using the same. After a plurality of data is input by an automatic document feeder, the multi-function printer scans first data in the plurality of data and generates a first scanning image. The multi-function printer provides a control interface composed of a front-side scanning and copying option unit, a back-side scanning and copying option unit and a duplex scanning and copying option unit, and determines whether an option execution command is received based on the control interface. When the multi-function printer determines that it receives the option execution command, it continues to scan other data of the plurality of data and generate a second scanning image. By providing the control interface with concise and clear functions, it is convenient for users to select the copying method quickly and conveniently, thereby improving convenience and efficiency of use.

Abstract: Disclosed is a document processing system with one-key printing, which includes a printing device, a scanning device, an interface module and a processing device. The scanning device is provided for inputting a scanning image. The interface module is provided for inputting commands or outputting information. The processing device is electrically connected to the printing device, the scanning device and the interface module respectively. The processing device performs a printing process based on the scanning image to make the printing device perform printing and generate prompt information through the interface module. When the processing device determines that it receives a one-key execution command input by the interface module, the processing device performs the printing process again based on the scanning image to make the printing device perform printing again without repeatedly inputting images and repeatedly manipulating settings, thereby improving the convenience and efficiency of use.

Abstract: A document processing device, a document processing system, and a data processing method for the same are introduced. The document processing device utilizes an exclusive user identification information and an exclusive phone number information. After obtaining a document image, all the document image, the exclusive user identification information and the exclusive phone number information are used to generate document image file information. The document image file information is transmitted to a remote storage through a mobile network. Since the document image file information is directly sent by the document processing device to the remote storage according to the unique user identification and unique phone number information through the mobile network, not only can the cumbersome and complicated configuration process be avoided, but also the risk of information theft can be reduced, thereby improving information storage specificity, confidentiality, and security.

Abstract: An information security management system and a multifunction printer thereof are provided. The multifunction printer includes an image capturing module, an image processing module, an output module and a transmission module. The image capturing module captures a data image of a document paper. The image processing module is coupled to the image capturing module and encodes the data image to generate first encoded data. The output module is coupled to the image processing module and prints second encoded data related to the data image. The transmission module is coupled to the image processing module and transmits one of the first and second encoded data. The multifunction printer deletes the first encoded data from a memory after transmitting the first encoded data, and deletes the second encoded data from the memory after transmitting/outputting the second encoded data.

Abstract: A system and a method for processing documents using mobile payment to instantly activate privilege are provided with a mobile device, a cloud server, a proxy server and a document-processing device connected to a network. Users can hold the mobile device to approach the document-processing device to perform corresponding operation in generation of a setting of parameters. The cloud server acquires the setting of parameters through the network and transmits the setting of parameters to the proxy server in exchange for dedicated pictogram authentication information. The document-processing device provides pictogram information according to the pictogram authentication information. The mobile device performs and completes a payment procedure according to the pictogram information. The cloud server then instantly transmits an execution command to drive the document-processing device so as to enhance operational convenience and efficiency.
