    Abstract: An enhanced listen-before-talk procedure may be performed by a device for efficiently accessing and utilizing available resources. The procedure may include specifying input parameter values pertaining to intended wireless communications of the device, adjusting output parameter values based on the input parameter values and an access history of the device, and determining whether to access at least a portion of the wireless communication resources to conduct the wireless communications, based at least on the output parameter values. The output parameter values may pertain to wireless communication resources accessible to the device, and the access history may keep track of wireless communication resource accesses previously made by the device. Input parameter values may include requested channel occupation time, requested frequency resource, requested transmission power, and/or priority and/or urgency of requested transmission, while output parameter values may include energy detection threshold, contention window size, and/or extended clear channel assessment bypass.An enhanced listen-before-talk procedure may be performed by a device for efficiently accessing and utilizing available resources.     Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for providing maximum transmit power control when utilizing multiple radio access technologies. For example, a wireless communication device comprising two cellular radios may intend to transmit on the first radio, while concurrently transmitting on the second radio. To ensure compliance with a maximum transmit power limitation, the device may determine an allowed transmit power level of the first radio, representing a difference between the maximum transmit power limitation and the current transmit power level being transmitted by the second radio. The device may also determine a threshold power level for a communication by the first radio. If the allowed transmit power level meets the threshold power level, then the device may transmit the first communication having a power level between the threshold power level and the allowed transmit power level. Otherwise, the device may forego transmission of the first communication.

    Abstract: A device may obtain, through wireless signaling from a network, a time-domain wireless-resource allocation (TWRA) pattern allocated to the device by the network and corresponding to a future time interval (TTI) for which the device has not yet decoded corresponding control information. This enables the device to conduct wireless communications during the TTI using resources allocated according to the obtained TWRA pattern, without first having to decode control information to identify the TWRA pattern.     Abstract: An interface circuit in a recipient electronic device (such as a cellular telephone) may provide preference-indication information for an electronic device (such as an access point). Notably, the recipient electronic device may compute preference-indication information associated with the recipient electronic device, where the preference-indication information indicates whether the recipient electronic device prefers that the electronic device use downlink (DL) multi-user (MU) MIMO transmissions when communicating with the recipient electronic device. Then, the recipient electronic device may provide the preference-indication information in a packet or a frame associated with the electronic device. In some embodiments, the recipient electronic device determines a trigger event (such as measuring a motion indication), and the computing may be selectively performed based at least in part on the trigger event. Moreover, the preference-indication information may include additional information that was used by the recipient electronic device to compute the preference indication of the recipient electronic device.
