Abstract: A process is disclosed for preparing aqueous phytase-containing liquids involving culturing microorganisms of the genus Aspergillus or Trichoderma in a medium containing assimilable carbon and nitrogen sources (e.g.glucose and ammonium ions), filtering the medium and subjecting the resulting filtrate to ultra-filtration to give an aqueous composition having at least 14,000 FTU/g. This aqueous liquid can be used to prepare granulates that can be incorporated in animal feedstuffs.

Abstract: Zpusob prípravy granulátu obsahujícího fytázu s aktivitou alespon 6000 FTU/g, vhodného pro použití v krmivu pro zvírata, jehož podstata spocívá v tom, že se a) smísí vodná kapalina obsahující fytázu v koncentraci alespon 14 000 FTU/g s pevným nevláknitým nosicem obsahující alespon 30 % hmotnosti škrobu; b) smes získaná v kroku a) se vytlacuje k získání granulí obsahujících enzym s obsahem vody 30až 40 % a majících velikost od 100 do 2000 mikrometru; a c) granule obsahující enzym získané v kroku b) se suší. Dále se popisuje takto získaný granulát, zpusob prípravy krmiva pro zvírata, kompoziceobsahující uvedený granulát, zpusob podporení rustu zvírat a použití uvedeného granulátu.
