Abstract: A process for oxidizing a starting material with an oxidizing agent to obtain a product, which comprises carrying out the oxidation in a reaction apparatus which has a bottom region at the lower end, a top region at the upper end and a reaction zone between the top region and the bottom region, maintaining the reaction mixture in the boiling state in the reaction zone, and introducing oxidizing agent into the reaction zone in at least two substreams.

Abstract: Procedimiento para la oxidacion de un educto con un oxidante, obteniendose un producto caracterizado porque la oxidacion se realiza en un dispositivo de reaccion que en el extremo inferior presenta un sector de fondo, en el extremo superior presenta un sector de cabeza, y entre el sector de fondo y el sector de cabeza presenta una zona de reaccion, en la zona de reaccion contiene la mezcla de reaccion en esta de ebullicion y en la zona de reaccion se alimenta oxidante en por lo menos dos corrientes parciales.
