Abstract: Mixture (I) comprises 35-95 wt.% styrol polymer (a) (acrylonitrile butadiene styrol polymer, acrylonitrile styrol acrylic ester polymer, or standard- or impact-resistant polystyrol); 1-10 wt.% of styrol butadiene block copolymer (b) consisting of at least two polystyrol blocks S and at least one styrol butadiene copolymer block S/B; and 4-55 wt.% of an inorganic filler (c). Independent claims are also included for: (1) foam materials obtained from (I) by adding a chemical or physical propellant and subsequently foaming.

Abstract: Polymer blend comprises 40-80 wt.% of acrylate rubber modified vinyl aromatic copolymer (acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate) (a), 20-60 wt.% of glycol modified polyethylene terephthalate (b), 0-10 wt.% of phase mediator (c) and 0-40 wt.% of fibrous- or particulate fillers (d) or its mixture. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for preparing polymer blend comprising melting a mixture of (a), (b), optionally (c) and (d); (2) a foil, molded body or fiber comprising the polymer blend; and (3) a multilayered composite laminated-foil or -molded body comprising a covering layer containing the polymer blend and at least a substrate layer of a thermoplastic polymer.

Abstract: Molded part comprises a composite layered plate or -foil, rear spray, rear foam or rear-poured support layer of plastic, where the composite layered plate comprising a substrate layer; optionally an intermediate layer; optionally a hard intermediate layer; and a silicon oxide surface layer obtained by plasma separation of silanes or siloxane with atmospheric pressure. Molded part comprises a composite layered plate or -foil, rear spray, rear foam or rear-poured support layer of plastic, where the composite layered plate or -foil comprising a substrate layer containing elastic-rubber graft copolymers as component A (1-99 wt.%), one or more hard copolymers containing vinyl aromatic monomer units as component B (1-99 wt.%), polycarbonate or polyurethane as component C (0-80 wt.%) and fiber- or particle shaped fillers or its mixture as component D (0.50 wt.%); optionally an intermediate layer containing impact resistant-modified polymethyl methacrylate and/or polycarbonate and/or styrene copolymers; optionally a hard intermediate layer containing polymethyl methacrylate and/or poly (alpha-methyl) styrene-acrylonitrile and/or polystyrene acrylonitrile, polyurethane and/or polycarbonate; and a silicone oxide (SiOx) surface layer obtained by plasma separation of silanes or siloxanes with atmospheric pressure. Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparation of molded part; (2) a method for increasing the scratching stability of molded part, comprising plasma coating of the substrate layer, intermediate layer, hard intermediate layer and silicone oxide layer, in atmospheric pressure; and (3) a procedure for the preparation of molded part with self-cleaning surface, comprising additional coating of molded part with photo catalytic active material.
