Abstract: The invention relates to the use of glycin decarboxylase complex, which is used as a target for herbicides in the absence of growth retardations and chlorotic leaves. Novel nucleic acid sequences comprising SEQ ID NO:1 and functional equivalents of SEQ ID NO:1 are thus disclosed.
